Practice Pick 11: Three Aces Parlay at (+185)

Im going to run a parlay bet out tonight.  

I'm not digging into the stats, the bullpens, the trends or the splits. 

This pick is all about the starters.

It's Paul Skenes (5-2) and the Pirates at home vs. Michael Lorenzen (2-4) and the Rockies.  Skenes has a 2.36 ERA on the season.  It's a big edge when compared to Lorenzen who has a 6.92 ERA entering tonight's game.  The Pirates are (-295) favorites as it sits.  Game starts at 5:40 PM CDT from PNC Park in Pittsburgh, PA.

Bryan Woo (2-2) starts for Seattle.  Woo has a 4.02 ERA on the season but is coming off his best start.  The Mariners' ace only allowed one hit against the Braves on May 6th, striking out nine hitters in the win.  He'll face Tatsuya Imai (1-0) who starts for Houston.  Imai is making his first start since returning from the IR.  He carries a 7.27 ERA on the season.  Houston has lost three in a row.  The Mariners are (-170) favorites tonight with their ace on the mound.  It's a 7:10 PM CDT start from Daikin Park in Houston, TX.

Yoshinobu Yamamoto (3-2) gets the start at home against the Giants.  It's Adrian Hauser (0-4) getting the ball for San Francisco.  Yamamoto is as good as advertised and is the Dodger's ace.  Hauser got paid and fell off a cliff.  He is the Giants five.  The Dodger's are (-295) favorites at home in game two of a three game series from Chavez Ravine.  It's a late start with the first pitch scheduled for 9:10 PM CDT.

Im betting both of the heavy favorites tonight and am going to roll them both up with Woo and Seattle for a (+185) payday on a three-team parlay bet.

It is part of my strategy this season to play more parlays and to bet more plus money dogs.  Let's see how this goes tonight.  It's a tough bet to win but an exciting bet with three games in play.
