Practice Pick 2: ATH (-160) over CHW

I made a practice pick last week.  I didnt post the report and I still am hoping to incorporate the postgame report as part of the picks on the MLB Pickstreak blog but I was working on other articles and they took me far longer than I had anticipated.

That pick was a winner.  Baltimore beat the White Sox 4-2.  1-0 on practice picks in the preseason.

I plan to start making the picks official at the end of next week.  In the meantime, let's roll out another practice pick.  I like the A's tonight at (-160) over the White Sox.  

The White Sox have the worst offense in baseball and while Davis Martin, tonight's starter, has pitched well this season, the White Sox bullpen hasn't been that strong early in the season.  

Aaron Civale starts for the A's.  Civale is also off to a good start this season and should be in line for five or six innings tonight.  The A's bullpen has also struggled early but they have been hitting the ball and have one of the most potent offenses in all of baseball.  I like the number on the A's tonight.
