Friday, August 15th: No Pick Today

My six-game Pickstreak came to an end last night with the Marlins losing to the Guardians.  It was a tough loss.  Lost three units on the bet, another three on the potential payout.  

It's great riding a winning streak.  When they come to an end it is in a way tiring.  All the excitement and emotion that had been building falls away and leaves you feeling a void. 

I'm taking the day off to process the loss and will be back to the picks tomorrow.  I need one or two more decent Pickstreaks before the end of the season.  It's the stretch run.  I'm looking to win some games heading into September.
