Today's Pick: SDP (-230) over LAA

Two dogs in a row for the Pickstreak blog, four dogs on the year, and a 14-6 record.  70% winners on the season.

Michael King starts for the Padres today.  He has posted a 1.50 ERA and a 0.76 WHIP over his last five starts.  He'll face an Angels team that is 29th in team batting average.

Yusei Kikuchi starts for the Angels.  Kikuchi has a 1.62 WHIP over his last five starts and is facing a Padres team that may have the best offense in MLB.

The Padres lost to the Rockies yesterday, they can be beaten by a bad team.  The worst team in the league can put it together on any given Sunday.

Coming off a bad loss, I think the Padres rebound with a win tonight at Petco Park.  King is an all-star, Kikuchi has put a lot of runners on base, the Angels bullpen is the worst in the league, and the Padres can hit with any team in MLB.

With 2.20 units in play, I'm going to press it all on the Padres at (-230).
